What equipment do we need to bring?
Competitors may use their own paddles as long as they are approved by the IDBF. Paddles will be provided by the Host if necessary. Competitors may bring their own approved vests. Approved vests will be provided by the Host if necessary.
Do the coach and drummer need to be a firefighter or police officer?
The coach may be non-sworn, therefore not a firefighter or police officer. The drummer must be a registered competitor in order to compete, therefore must be a firefighter or police officer.
Can you clarify the age categories?
For the Men's and Women's events Open [18+] all competitors must be over the age of 18. There are two age categories for the Mixed events. To compete in the Open [18 - 34] all competitors on the team must be between the ages of 18 and 34. To compete in the Senior (B) [35 +] all competitors on the team must be over the age of 35.
