Divisions

Men's Open

Group Play (Round Robin) for all teams to determine placement into 3 Divisions. All teams guaranteed 5 games in this round.

Division A - First and Second place teams from each group.
Division B - Third and Fourth place teams from each group.
Division C - Fifth and Sixth place teams from each group.

Each Division will will then have a Double-Elimination Playoff with medals for each Division. All teams guaranteed a minimum of 2 games in this round.

Men's Senior (B) - 35 years & over

 

Women's Open

Pooling will be allowed in the Women's softball only.

Co-Ed Open

There must be five (5) males and five (5) females on the field. Two (2) males and two (2) females in both the infield and the outfield and one (1) male and one (1) female as pitcher and/or catcher.

Men's Senior (B), Women's Open and Co-Ed Open tournaments will be played in Group Play (Round Robin) format, followed by a Double-Elimination Playoff. If 7 or fewer teams enter, then the tournament will be a single Group Play (Round Robin) event with no additional playoffs.

Men's Senior (B) and Women's Open competitors may enter the Co-Ed Event. Men's Open competitors are not allowed to compete in other events within this sport.

In all events, rosters are limited to a maximum of 20 players plus one (1) non-playing coach (or manager). This coach may be sworn or non-sworn (within WPFG guidelines). Sworn officers acting as non-playing coaches have the option of paying the sport entry fees when submitting their entry form, thus becoming eligible to receive a medal should their team place.

In the Co-Ed division what is the breakdown of males and females on the field?

The number of teams varies and depends on registration. Past Games have averaged about 20 teams per division.
