REVISED SCHEDULE - Due to Hurricane Irene the schedule for Ultimate Firefighter has been changed. Day 1 will be held on Tuesday, August 30. Day 2 will be held on Wednesday, August 31. Day 3 cannot be rescheduled and is cancelled. Check-in time is 7 AM each day.

The Ultimate Firefighter event is reserved for Firefighters only.
The Ultimate Firefighter event is a 3 day competition. There are four (4) stages in this event. Each day two (2) stages will be run in the morning and two (2) stages will be run in the afternoon. The schedule of events is listed below.

NOTE: Teams compete in the age group of their youngest competitor.
Team competition is an individual, timed competition comprised of 4 competitors to a team. Each team must complete all 4 stages but each competitor will compete in one of the stages only. The sum of the individual times will be the team time and will determine the result of competition. If a team member fails to complete his/her stage, the team is disqualified.
Entrants may compete in the Individual and/or the Team events.

What is the list and sequence of events?
There are 4 consecutive stages to be completed in one day: Stage 1 is the Hose Task, Stage 2 is Weight and Strength, Stage 3 is the Obstacle Course and Stage 4 is High Rise. Stages 1 and 2 will be run simultaneously in the morning with Stages 3 and 4 run simultaneously in the afternoon. Competitors starting with Stage 1 in the morning will start with Stage 3 in the afternoon. Competitors starting with Stage 2 in the morning will start with Stage 4 in the afternoon.
