This account can be used by Athletes, Attendees to the games, and for the 2011 WPFG staff and guests.

The procedure for payment of rides will be arranged as follows:

Credit Card Payment:

All Attendees and Athletes can use the account and must give a credit card number to the operator when making reservations. We will obtain an approval code and give the caller a 4 digit confirmation number. The passenger in the vehicle will give the approved credit card to the driver for imprint and will receive a receipt.

Time Call: This type of reservation is used when the traveler wants the same driver to wait at the stop with further directions to other stops or a final destination. The time call is charged at a pro-rated rate of $ 45 per hour -in Manhattan. ($50per hour for Boroughs and $55 for out of NYC limits with a return to NYC limits). The clock begins at the reservation time and ends at the drop at final destination. There is a minimum of 2 hours for the billing.

Point to Point: This reservation begins at the reservation time at the location address given and is charged going to the final address location. If stops are needed they are charged at a nominal rate of $7 per stop (en route touching zones) in Manhattan or $10 per stop for the outer boroughs (en route touching zones)

Rates for out of NYC – Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey or CT. locations- the rate will be charged according to the city/town posted in our 2004 preprinted flat rate book.

Please note that each type of reservation can be made as early as possible however we only need a certain amount of lead time under normal traffic conditions to dispatch reservations.

In Manhattan we assign calls to the next available vehicle within a 15 minute ETA of the pick-up location.
Example: A reservation for Wednesday Aug 31st can be placed now or anytime between now and 15 minutes prior to the time it is needed on Aug 31^st. A call for 12:00 noon is dispatched at 11:45 giving the driver a maximum of 15 minutes to arrive on scene.

In the outer boroughs the ETA is extended to a maximum of 20 Minutes.

For out of town calls depending on the distance of the designated pick-up city the extended dispatch is given from 60-90 minutes.

ASAP Airport calls are dispatched immediately when the traveler places the call.

Example: Athlete is scheduled to arrive Wed Aug 24^th LGA -AA ETA is 12:00 noon. The airline is checked 1 hour prior and tells us it is on time! The plane actually lands at 12:10 and it takes 20 minutes to get to terminal and 20 minutes to get baggage. It is now 12:50 and there is 50 minutes of accrued waiting time!

Instead of making a reservation prior as above the traveler can call our ASAP pick up (800)567-5957 when they have landed and collected their baggage. This reduces the waiting time to “0”. A vehicle is dispatched giving the traveler the car details and a 5-10 minute ETA to arrive outside the terminal.
