Private Charter Bus Service

The 2011 World Police & Fire Games has secured, at discounted rates, private charter bus service.  The cost to operate this additional service is being subsidized by the 2011 New York World Police & Fire Games.  In order to reserve transportation to these events, reservations and payment must be received BEFORE AUGUST 19.

SPORTING EVENTS WITH OPTION FOR PRIVATE CHARTER SERVICE:

Angling - Salt Water: 8/29 1 day - $35 per person for roundtrip transportation

Archery - 3-D: 8/28 1 day - $35 per person for roundtrip transportation

Archery – Field: 8/29 1 day - $35 per person for roundtrip transportation  

Archery – Target:  8/27 1 day - $35 per person for roundtrip transportation

Biathlon: 9/1 or 9/2 - 1 day - $30 per person per day for roundtrip transportation

** If you are competing in two days of Biathlon you must purchase 2 days of transportation.

Cycling - Mountain Bike - Cross Country: 9/1 1 day - $40 per person for roundtrip 

Cycling - Mountain Bike – Downhill: 9/2 1 day - $40 per person for roundtrip 

Cycling - Mountain Bike - Giant Slalom: 9/3 1 day - $40 per person for roundtrip 

Golf: 8/29 – 8/31 3 days - $90 per person for roundtrip (cost includes rain day)

Open Water Swim: 9/2 1 day - $30 per person for roundtrip transportation

Orienteering: 8/28 1 day - $35 per person for roundtrip transportation 

Pistol- Center Fire: 9/1 or 9/2 - 1 day - $30 per person for roundtrip transportation

**If you are competing in two days of Pistol events you must purchase 2 days of transportation

Pistol- PAP: 8/29 or 8/30 - 1 day - $30 per person per day for roundtrip transportation

** If you are competing in two days of Pistol events you must purchase 2 days of transportation.

Pistol- PPC: 9/1 or 9/2 - 1 day - $30 per person per day for roundtrip transportation

** If you are competing in two days of Pistol events you must purchase 2 days of transportation.

Rifle - Small Bore: 8/29 - 8/31 3 days - $50 per person for roundtrip transportation

**2 night trip, drop off to Camp Smith on Monday and pick up on Wednesday.

Rifle - Large Bore: 8/31 - 9/2 3 days - $50 per person for roundtrip transportation

** 2 night trip, drop off to Camp Smith on Wednesday and pick up on Friday.

Street Cycling - Time Trials: 8/29 1 day - $30 per person for roundtrip transportation

Surfing: 8/31 - 9/2 3 days - $30 per person per day for roundtrip transportation

** Must purchase for first day of event. Opportunity to purchase additional days will be made available as competition progresses.  

Triathlon: 8/28 1 day - $30 per person for roundtrip transportation

Tug of War: 8/30 1 day - $30 per person for roundtrip transportation

Private Charter Bus Service has been closed. Schedules will be emailed to athletes who reserved space and posted at the Transportation Center at the Jacob Javits Convention Center. Please stop by during registration for more information. Questions can be sent to transportation@2011wpfg.org.

IMPORTANT NOTES: 

• THERE WILL BE NO CANCELLATIONS AND NO REFUNDS FOR TRANSPORTATION PURCHASED.
• The transportation is being offered as a package and you can only purchase the transportation options offered. Please follow the drop down menus on the PayPal page and the form.
• Transportation is open to family and friends and must be purchased prior to August 19.  No reservations can be added after August 19.  Payment must be made and PayPal confirmation number added to the form, including the number of persons. 
• Confirmation of bus departure time will be posted at the Jacob Javits Convention Center during registration. Email notification will be sent as well.
• All buses/vans will be leaving from and returning to the Jacob Javits Convention Center.  It is the athlete’s responsibility to get to the Jacob Javits Convention Center before scheduled departure times.
